This Southern Sky Landscape class explores the energy and beauty of a simplified landscape through the use of a bold red underpainting that enhances texture, movement, and contrast throughout the composition. By layering and combining two different artistic materials, artists will develop rich surfaces, unique finishes, and an increased sense of depth while experimenting with expressive techniques and colour relationships.
